Solution:
  • Check your internet speed (minimum 25 Mbps for 4K)
  • 📺 Lower stream resolution: At your home screen, go to Add-ons, scroll down to the "MaxQL" app, click on it, and select a lower resolution (like 1080p or 720p) for smoother streaming performance.
  • 🧹 Clear Kodi cache: At your home screen, go to Add-ons > Program Add-ons > eZMaintenance > Maintenance > Clear Cache
    *This only removes temporary files and will not affect your add-ons or personal settings.

Addon Not Working

Solution:

Steps to change device language:
  1. 🏠 From main page, scroll right to Settings and click on it
  2. ⚙️ Navigate to Interface → Regional → Language
  3. 🌍 Select your preferred language for the device interface
📝 Subtitle Configuration
Steps to configure subtitles:
  1. 🏠 From main page, scroll right to Settings and click on it
  2. 🔧 Go to Add-ons → My Add-ons → All
  3. 📋 Scroll down to "Language Preference Manager" and click on it
  4. ⚙️ Look for 5 icons at the bottom center screen - click on "Configure"
  5. ✅ Enable "Language Preference Manager" checkbox
  6. 📝 Navigate to "Subtitle Preferences"
  7. ✅ Enable the "Preference" checkbox
  8. 🌍 Under "Primary Language", select your preferred subtitle language
💡 Pro Tip: After configuring language preferences, restart media applications for changes to take effect. Your subtitle preferences will automatically apply to supported content.
